Cemco Merchant Network Limited is a building, plumbing and heating products buying group established in 1993, offering independent merchant members the platform in which to grow sales and improve profitability. Cemco members’ collective purchasing is already in excess of £400 million and growing well ahead of the market.

Cemco is an inclusive buying group and all trading agreements are made by the members for the members. This policy ensures that the membership “buys in” to the agreements and that Cemco partner suppliers get commitment to the deal. Cemco members’ commitment is rewarded with buying deals that are market leading.

Cemco is a limited company by guarantee and operates a board structure made up of member companies. The board oversees the running of the group and ensures that all members are fairly and equally represented.

Cemco membership is based on like-minded entrepreneurial independent merchants who are established businesses trading in areas where existing Cemco members are not already operating a similar business format.
